We are glad that your lovely item arrived safely. We feel the postage of £5.00 that you paid (as stated on listing when purchase was made) was fair as the item was sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature which costs £4.40; so only 60 pence more was charged for packaging and handling.
