  I’ve never seen such a careful and professional packing job! This is a very fragile piece with many things which could have broken during transit. Everything was perfect! After I set it up all worked as it should except the pendulum would not continue swinging more than a minute or two. As it happens the seller has a friend who is a clock repairer and she hooked me up with him to do troubleshooting. I’m confident that with each”test” we are narrowing down the problem!
