We lost faith with the chosen DHL courier who sent out copious emails about delivery and tracking only at the last part of the day to suddenly abort the planned delivery with some lame excuse about not being able to deliver when we were at home awaiting the product. Eventually it arrived the next day but I must say DHL are now a very dubious service and we don't trust them. However, the box is now installed and operational.
