  something happened in the shipping .it took 21 days to get all my order . i had to contact the seller twice and ebay to get the mistake taken care of . the seller did work to get the mistake fixed . thank you . order was as described and was a good value . packaging was fine

  items arrived quickly but the packaging and quality are not NEW. Some were opened and had loose screws in the box . These pulls are good quality very heavy and for me a good value. But the photos of what was sold as to what I got the appearance was way different. No response from seller. Not new .

  The sandals looked different from the photos but it’s not always easy to get the perfect photo. The seller did specify the color but due to vision problems I didn’t see it. Seller graciously offered for the item to be returned and refunded me as soon as it shipped. I would definitely do business with this seller again. Shipping was fast, the packaging was good, and the price was great. I’m sorry it didn’t work out. AAA+++ for great service.

  Shipping was fine. Got here when they promised. Packaging was as expected. They said open box, but they were packaged nicely. Still had bubble wrap. Products were as described. Great Value. Frigidaire has great products but their OEM filters are pricey. These are a great alternative. I would have shared feedback sooner but wanted to see how they operated for a couple of weeks. Will do business again.

  Wrong thing was sent to me, but seller made it right IMMEDIATELY, and provided a refund. No complaints from my side, other than being out of pocket for a very short period of time and receiving the wrong item. Other than that, I'd have zero issue recommending this seller based on how well/promptly they handled the refund/return process. 5-stars.

  The seller described the item very well. He pointed out a flaw on the frame and glass. Showing what I was buying up front instead of lying about it. Very cool way to do business! He packaged it very well. It was shipped and arrived pretty quick. Definitely recommend this seller!
