  Great item at a fantastic price. Great communication. I bought 2 hubs in this transaction and they were shipped in 1 package so combined shipping would have been nice. I returned one of the hubs because I made a mistake with my purchase. The return was accepted without fuss.

  Price was fair. Communication was scant/responses minimal when I inquired about the way-longer-than-expected transit time. Seller was not helpful/ignored questions about whether I should expect to pay duties given our *unique* US tariff laws. Finally arrived with a deep scratch in the metal, ignored my message when I mentioned that the item was damaged during customs inspection. should have been packed better. No return offered even though they advertised returns. Wouldn't buy from again.

  Hi, You send one email asking how long the delivery would take you had a reply from us also the stem was packed in 3 layers of cardboard with picture before posing it. Customs had removed the cardboard with a Sharpe knife and scratched the stem with the point of the knife. You purchased through eBay global shipping which they sent all the messages about tariffs. there was no return offered as you accepted the refund instead, We dont want your return custom thank you

  Great value saddle. Decently packed, quickly dispatched and brand new as described. Higher than average postage cost but shipped via DPD making it worthwhile.

  War wie beschrieben, ist allerdings verspätet angekommen. Auch ist einige Zeit zwischen "verschickt" und tatsächlichem Versand vergangen. Bei den hohen Versandkosten (knapp 20 Euro) für einen 200 Gramm Artikel hätte ich dann einen schnelleren Versandweg erwartet als 10 Tage aus Großbritannien.

  Versand hat lange gedauert. Kommt nicht aus England wie ich dachte. Der Preis war in britischen Pfund Sterling angegeben. Fragen antworten hat auch lange gedauert. Am Ende alles OK.
