  The seller packaged the goblets very poorly in newspaper and one arrived broken. The seller did not have a replacement item and only agreed to refund the cost of one goblet and a quarter of the total shipping cost. While I understand the rationale, all other vendors have shipping for a single goblet between $10 and $15 and a total cost ranging from $22-$25 or higher. Had I known the goblets would not have been packaged carefully I would not have made the purchase.
