  The item advertised was no longer available at the time I performed the purchase. Seller notified me that " a green one was available and that with my permission", he'd sent it. I said no and requested a refund.

  Both colors were advertised. The buyer did not specify which color they wanted when they made the purchase. Because they did not specify color I felt that it was only right that I let them know that the green frog was the only one left of the two.

  so disappointing items is not meeting any of sellers promises trying to return it not getting any response. so sad

  The description of this item states that a refund is accepted for any reason. Inspected the item for any defects and found none. Buyer gave a negative feedback that was not fair. Refunded as the description states. I did not make any promises that were not met.
