The voltage in Italy is 220V. I have also noted this on my product page. It appears that connecting a plug with a different voltage caused a power problem. I checked that it worked, so I think this is what damaged the device. He said he smelled a strange smell when he connected it. It's likely that the power supply was short-circuited.

Console works but the cord didn’t work and was glued together. So I had to throw the cord away . Lucky I had another cord that would work for it at my house already . Overall nice item. Thank you
