  Unfortunately the postal service crushed the box while being delivered so the item I received was damaged. I contacted the seller and was given a full refund! It’s great to know that you can trust someone to do the right thing! Will definitely purchase again from Bayou-Boss! I received it today and they already refunded my account.

  Seller is helpful and prompt in responding to questions. It was as described and shipped quickly. I order on April 29th and received it four days later on May 3rd. All in all I recommend this seller and gladly do business with them again.

  I need to brag about this seller. My item arrived in a timely manner, was packaged with care, came as described, and was worth what I paid. However, during transit, a particularly special and fragile piece of the item broke. Initially I was upset because the pictures showed a pristine product.
