  Ad clearly stated NEW battery. Arrived in an Anne Klein box. Watch not working. Seller admitted mistake but then refunded shipping to “make up” for my having to go try to have a battery installed - no jeweler in our town and Walmart does not offer batteries anymore. A new battery will cost MORE than the watch price, not including a 35-mile trip, one way. The pamphlet in the Anne Klein box was for a completely different watch. Seller’s family member is ill - I’m sorry for that but unhappy

  Shipped quickly, Packaged well, and arrived in the condition listed! I appreciate the bonus item (some wall hooks for keys) from the seller, but it could have damaged the item's packaging. thankfully, it did not damage the packaging when compared to the photos. Seller, please keep this in mind, and don't let your generosity impact (literally) a sale and experience.
