  This customer advertised the product was located in USA. It was acutally shipped from India. Because of this, I was charged import duties & taxes. If the product had actually been in Buffalo as indicated, it wouldn't have these chrages. They said that I should pay the fees and they would reimburse the charges to me(yes I have the messages stating this). 3 attempts to get this credit have been ignored. Stay away from the compay, they also seem to opporate under other names.
