    Shipping was quick and we got our order in 2 separate packages on different days. Although when the 2nd piece arrived, the box was damaged and part was broken, we contacted the seller about the issue and they quickly issued a refund without return. We greatly appreciate the refund and the customer service.

    When the steering shock arrived, it was not as described on ebay and was wrong for my jeep. I contacted the seller, and sent the pictures they required, and a return shipping label was quickly sent to me. However, it did take longer than it should have for them to issue a refund and after several emails to them, I got eBay involved and my refund was promptly issued.
