  Package arrived a day before the estimate. The outer and inner boxes look like they got a bit roughed up, but the Kindle Scribe cover is in excellent condition. It was in the original packaging, and exactly as described. I've found that I use the device more often now that I have a lightweight cover, that allows me to prop it up. I appreciate that I didn't have to pay full retail for it. Great experience!

  Seller didn't even ship the item, but he had the listing's condition marked as: "An item in excellent condition. All items are tested and sold working.", But this was a complete and utter lie. Seller cancelled last second saying he didn't check the product before listing it, and he was gonna ship it with poor quality. The hubs were broken and since he didn't check it I almost got a faulty product which he marked as perfect condition. Couldn't recommend this guy even if I got paid. AVOID ASAP!

  Seller has changed their name to avoid the backlash of his foolishness. The sellers name is now "authentikos." which was previously "authenticsilver", Avoid buying as he knew that I was telling the truth, and he changed his name to avoid the backlash. AVOID!

  From the very beginning, you threatened to leave negative feedback if I did not do what you wanted. I explained that, for safety reasons, I could not ship the item after discovering it was faulty. sending a defective product would not be right. I have not changed my store name and always strive to offer customers the best products possible.   The item arrived damaged... NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT. The item was well packaged and just likely poorly handled by the carrier. The seller resolved by sending a full refund. Integrity!
