    Great communication with the seller. It was packed very well and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the model was damaged. The model broke loose from its base and moved around within the case, damaging the paint on the trunk and scratching the inside of the case. I contacted the seller with pictures, and he refunded the purchase. I would have been fine with a few dollars discount. This was no one's fault, except maybe the USPS handling of a fragile package. Would recommend the seller.
