  When we received the item, a wire had been cut at the unit and a new wire with connection was needed. Contacted the seller, seller was unaware of the cut wire and reimbursed me for the cost of the replacement wire. Very happy with this seller in offering to give a credit for the wire that was needed without having to ask for it.

  Received early, excellent packaging. The connecting piece inside the handle is cracked. The item was purchased for the panoptic attachment which functions wonderfully. Very satisfied with seller and panoptic attachment. Would shop from this seller again.
