  This a great seller! The item was accurately described, in great condition, very clean unit - and at a great price. Unfortunately, the box got smashed up in shipping, so despite great packing the unit was broken (front panel detached, loose parts rattling in the enclosure). I uploaded the photos of the damage, and the seller called me back immediately. We had a great conversation, mourned the untimely loss of a great instrument, and he immediately issued a full refund. Wonderful seller - A+++!

  This is the best seller I have ever worked with or bought from on Ebay. He responds so quickly and thoroughly with any technical question we have. He knows his products and works directly with the manufacturer to find out answers to questions that might be knew to him. We have purchased from his several times and product is always in great condition, packed well, and he even has accommodated shipping and shipping class when we have an urgent timeline. We never hesitate to buy here.

  Boards arrived within a few days of the order, came in a bubble wrap package, which seems to have kept them safe although if I were the shipper, I would’ve probably slipped a few pieces of bubble wrap / envelope between / around them just to ensure they were fully protected. There were a few punctures in the antistatic bags from the pins being Pressed against but overall they seem intact and I expect them to work and the delivery time was quick at what overall could be considered an good price

  As described and although some damage to the box in transit the contents appear complete and undamaged, 11 days delivery from USA to UK is as expected. Good value, I am very pleased with this purchase.

  Excellent in all aspects. AMRAD supplying Leo Bodnar devices to the domestic US market is itself worthy of praise, beyond that AMRAD emailed updates of when restocking of the particular model I wanted was expected, and provided a discount as well. Received within a week, well packaged and excellent condition, works as expected, nice item, and all that. Thanks!
