  Seller is merely a distributor/drop shipper for these. GTC changed their packaging and omitted the Maxi adapter and yet retained the same part number. I purchased specifically from this seller because they pictured the 6 adapter version. Apparently they either do not see the item or do not pay close enough attention to notice the packaging changed. To be fair, seller did offer partial refund, which while appreciated, does not get me the missing adapter.

  I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive in a week, and it arrived after six weeks. After three weeks, I wrote to him, and he said he'd resolve the problem, but he didn't do anything. He charged me $26.52 to ship a gasket and used the slowest shipping method available from USPS. I reported it to eBay, and even then, it took another week to arrive. Be careful with these people who deceive customers.
