    The mail stated the card was "delivered", but it did not arrive. After waiting two additional days, I notified the dealer & we had a very productive back & forth conversation on how we would proceed to rectify the situation, then, out of the blue, a week after it was listed as "delivered", the card suddenly appeared in my mailbox one afternoon a couple of days ago! Great dealer, very patient. the card is as advertised and arrived (finally- neither of us has any idea what happened) without harm.
