  Seller was 100%. Good communication, quickly helped with identification. Items as described, brought 2 pieces and they were sent together (great), they fit 100%. Good price. From the seller, literally 100%. Unfortunately the experience with the courier (XDP) was not good at all, so after they asked me to leave a review, they were subsequently given a poor review. But the seller and part: 100%, thank you.

  Great Bayer 5*... Shame the courier was a bit pants, just dumped on the front doorstep, the box split open, left out in the open for anyone to come & steal it. A bit more effort they could have left it round the back. Then you get an E-Mail from them asking to rate the delivery person... 1 star from me...

  Item was received in a damaged box The goods were not damaged and in good order. The seller was not to blame for this but EVRI the courier are responsible for an unpleasant customer experience. Seller did all they could in finding my order which took 8 days to reach me . I certainly wouldn’t use EVRI they are S##T

  5*seller, Items arrived well packed and intact, BUT for an unknown reason the bag contained a lot of water, as did a second parcel I received, even though it wasn't and hadn't been raining, & a small amount had found it's way into the bulb packs and on to bulbs including the 3 halogen ones, I have managed to wipe them all with a paper tissue and dry the boxes out so am hoping the halogens have not suffered any harm. Tried to contact EVERI but it's proved less than useless but will try again.

  Great service from the vendor, but average from the courier..should have been delivered friday then saturday...but messaged to say they tried to deliver but no one in, both dsys here till 7.00pm..evri ...very poor

  Through no fault of Seller the item was not delivered or left at property several times - eventually returned to seller by courier. The seller's communication was 1st class and full refund immediate. Highly recommended seller - but poor courier on this occasion for me locally.
