  The initial TV remote we received was damaged during transit. We contacted the seller and provided photos of the package and item and were met with the perfect response. Yes this is the seller issue to resolve, would you like a refund or replacement sent out immediately. We received the replacement very quickly and in excellent condition as expected. Thank you for doing everything possible to resolve the initial issue.

  False advertising! Ad shows choice of hooks and with wristbands description in ad states wristbands. Comparative ads also same price for hooks and wristbands. This seller has wasted my time and money and is falsely advertising. The seller will not issue me a full refund offered me 30% refund but will not offer to send me the wrist bands which is in the ad & is all that i want to complete the item. Last message I'm told if I want to return item it will take one to two months to process a refund!
