  Never shipped the item, never communicated with me, and never responded to my messages. Worse, eBay is dragging their feet in getting me my money back. This is completely unfair and there should be compensation for time and money lost due to poor business practices.

  quality was great, like new, no damaged, cleaned before shipped out, only thing was some paint but since it's a rearview mirror, can't be seen anyways, great value especially since new is like $260 and this came in a like new condition for only ~$100. The appearance is clean and the packing was nicely shipped and protected in bubble wrap. The shipping time was as described as well so i definitely recommend this place if you need parts for your car! Will definitely do business again in future.
