  it was as described, new in box and still had the seal on it a little pricey but that's my fault for waiting so long to upgrade, shipping was a little slow, I did chose the free shipping but d**n! 7 days just to get out of cali.?? other then that it was received in good shape. no bent pins or damage to the CPU or box.

  Item is exactly as described. Shipping took a week and tracking was not available because it was sent commercially with UPS but not UPS Ground so the package didn't get the full tracking. Most likely a discounted shipping program for large sellers. Ended up buying another one before this one came because with no tracking I didn't know when it would come. Still took a week after they shipped.

  Not sure if they were out of stock or just thought I was being impatient (and I am when it comes to shipping items) when I asked in a message after the weekend had passed, "Is anyone there, anyone at all?" Then I requested a refund a few minutes later because that usually gets a vendors attention. Normal stores want the money and just go on and ship the item and send me a message letting me know something. They said not a word and just approved the refund. I found that to be kind of strange.
