    The positive.. Item arrived in a timely manner, nice box and at my door. Opening the box the packaging was poor just a little packing paper to separate the irons. The heads and grips weren't wrapped with any kind of protection and still had dirt all over the heads. Then I noticed 3 shafts were bent. Left an email asking to have a partial refund due to the bent shafts and got response 3 days later saying they can only refund the whole order. Good company but should adjust policy for such orders.

    Won this auction on a Thursday morning. It arrived on Saturday... Amazing. However, the box was torn open with clubs hanging out. No protection inside the box (maybe it fell out). As usual, the lot was a great value, but that is quickly diminished by an awful packing job. Hard to say as described when almost zero description is given.

    Very fast shipping (It helped to live in the state adjacent to the seller, but still extremely fast). Golf club is in better shape than the photos indicated. The price also was quite reasonable. Golf club was well packaged. Before purchasing, I had a question to the seller, and they responded very promptly. Shipping cost was FREE. Wonderful.

    Excellent seller! The club was even better than described for a fantastic price. Club is legit Titleist still in the plastic on the head and Titleist sticker on the shaft. Shipping was fast. Packaged safe and no issues. Will buy from again, you should too.

    Product was received as purchased as described. My only complaint is with the shipping. Large box only had one piece of tape and was easily opened. Concerning for the package when in route! Great value.
