  This seller is one of the best sellers I've encounter. Although the purchase didn't go as planned, I have to give credit to the seller for the great communication and help provided. The item was lost by the shipping company, as it was delivered to a wrong address. The seller really helped all the way and went the extra mile to resolve the issue.   Great price and shipping but received the item with a retention tab broken off from removal from the donor vehicle that couldn't be fixed and prevented proper installation. Seller's customer service however was outstanding. Contacted them with the issue and they promptly refunded my money because of this issue. 100% recommend this seller for purchases and for standing behind their product.

  Thank you your product was spot on and worked great. The most important part is she can listen to her Cd's in the jeep again. Seller was prompt and accurate on description. The car stereo arrived well packaged. I will do business with them again when the time comes.
