  This was a good value and deal, received as described, and I appreciate the seller's efforts. The shipping costs were higher than expected, but the item's risk of damage was reduced due to less time in the hands of the carriers and associated handling, which was best due to the delicateness of the unit.   Shipper added tracking number on 7/11, but device was never handed off to carrier. Messaged seller, no response. Opened item not received case on 7/20, seller replied few days later, saying they’ll check the warehouse as it should’ve shipped. No further replies; case was closed on 7/25 with a refund.
