    The iPod was used, probably refurbished because it fell apart after just one day (the front part came off (melted) from the device). The manufacturer stated that the iPod had never been used. Very, very disappointed with the horrible scam of the seller. :(

    As stated clearly in the posting, the ipod has never been removed from the container and tested, so it is in the condition after sitting in a box for 15 years. The buyer complained the screen coning loose which is known to happen. Again, never used for 15 years. Please google: ipod nano 6th gen screen comes off Buyer never contacted me for help + I can understand the return and the refund request, but accusing me of being a scammer after a complete refund is pretty horrible.
