      The item arrived in strange packaging. The Mac mini box had a different serial number than the one on the box. The Mac mini initially had issues; it wouldn't recognize any keyboards, even though the mouse functioned properly. After 20 attempts and multiple restarts, an ancient Mac keyboard was recognized, and the migration could begin. After the migration, everything is working as expected. Good price great value.

      you never contacted me to let me know of any issues, and as far as strange packaging, it was packaged within secure packaging in with the Mac mini box safely inside. I package all items in boxes with safety paper and/or bubble wrap to ensure the inside package doesn't shift in transit. sound like your experience with computers was the issue, 20 restarts? really and you never contacted me? look at my feedback, I give immediate support and have many complements on my shipping and packaging.
