The seller states it was a 6-zone but in the description stated whatever the pictures were is what was being shipped. The pictures were of a 12 zone controller. Item arrived as pictured, was labeled a 12-zone controller but only 6 zones could be programmed. Took it apart and sure enough it was a 6 zone controller board placed in the body of a 12 zone controller. Very misleading. You messed up! You can take your bogus claim, your made-up story, and hope eBay doesn't freeze your account.

He is affiliated with a scam company that is on multiple fraud reporting sites. It is a fraudulent Courier service in Miami-Dade County, Florida called CPS Continental Inc.. several eBay sellers have their address blocked, because of return fraud and feedback extortion. I've reported this to DHS and ICE, and I'm patiently waiting for eBay to act.
