6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
Exceptions: This right does not apply to unsealed items for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).

7. Return Policy
• FICKL&WANDER accepts returns within 30 calendar days.
• Returns due to defective or damaged items must be supported with visual proof (e.g., images).
• Return shipping is covered by us in the case of faulty or incorrect items. For returns due to buyer's remorse, wrong item ordered, or withdrawal without cause, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return Procedure:
• Contact us in advance via eBay messaging.
• Select the item to return from your eBay purchase history.
• Choose a reason for the return.
• We will provide a prepaid return label if the return is our responsibility. Otherwise, buyers must return the item at their own cost. Please contact us for the return address.
• Buyers have 15 calendar days to send the return after approval.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging.
• In some cases, we may offer a goodwill gesture to resolve the issue without requiring a return.
