Appearance only had a few scuffs and scratches but to be expected. Battery life isn't the best with it draining quite quickly and it will most likely need to replace the battery soon which is a bit disappointing as it's meant to be refurbished. Overall I'd say the value for money probably not that worth it and you'd be better saving an extra £30 to buy a new one.

Only negative is that the bottom seam of the device was really dirty, managed to clean most of it out though. Delivery was really quick too, worth a look if you want an e-reader but don't want to pay full price for a new one.
