I requested compensation from the seller to help me get a new battery (I am otherwise pleased with the phone) but they refused. It was indeed an iPhone 13 Pro with 512GB that was unlocked, and it even shipped with the charging cord and a SIM card extractor tool. This is an expensive and worrisome purchase for me, and I am relieved to get this product without any issues. Arrived on time as well. Thank you seller and I would order from them again!
