For $36 dollars shipping the model should come in a stronger box and the box only had bubble wrap around it. The instructions missing is frustrating. When you go to print the image sent for the instruction the quality printing out is hard to read. I have bought around 7 models from this company at least 5 had no instructions. Wish they would double check this before sending out.

When I try to print out the instructions the quality of the print is hard to read. The box came banged up and could have been packed better. For $36 shipping it should have been more secured, not just a not so hard box with bubble wrap. Don't know why the instructions are usually missing.
