The problem with the Epson printer and whole sheets was our dry climate. The sheet backing would dry and shrink and sheet would curl and cause paper jams. When this sheet was placed print-side down on top of normal paper, the vinyl layer would drag a normal sheet with it,, getting image printed on both vinyl and paper.
