DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want good customer service and a product that matches their product description. Ordered a book in very good condition but it in no way matched their own description. It arrived damaged and bandaged, corners all messed up with a massive irremovable sticker covered by the shops sticker saying 'book bandage'. Their customer service repeats the same message over and over and it was only by opening a case with ebay that I got a refund for the product and postage.

The only slight downside was that it took quite a bit longer to be delivered. I ordered 4 CD's at the same time. The 1st 3 were delivered on time but this one took about 5 days extra. It's no bother to me but a message would have been nice to explain the situation. I would still buy from this seller again.
