I don't know what happened in my case, but this transaction was nowhere near reflective of that status. This seller REFUSED to communicate or deliver the intended items. Every aspect from creating labels outside of the shipping window to never shipping the cards to never providing updates to never giving a full refund was subpar. Horrible. I can even use the word "Scam". Maybe I'm the only one who can.

The seller never issued a full refund (only a partial for this card). The seller prolonged the fiasco for a month (August 26 - September 25) by not responding to messages including my initial message telling them that if they didn't want to or intend to send the cards, to cancel and refund the cost. The seller didn't create a shipping label until after my first message which was after the given time for shipping expired.

After numerous attempts to contact them they never responded. I mean absolutely no communication (good for them if that was their goal). Once I requested a refund they waited until the day Ebay would take action to issue a partial refund. From there, I reported that they didn't fully refund the purchase, which they never did. Finally, Ebay stepped in with a full refund.
