The seller promised that the drives would have a Health Status above 90%, and they arrived in great condition. I checked both using CrystalDiskInfo – each one shows 96% Health. Very satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommended!

I’ll definently be buying from them again!

I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. It was not put in a box. Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
