I updated software, added existing ATT sim chip, installed cover glass and case, and successfully restored old phone settings- a good transaction meeting my needs. Purchaser should note that the phone can be used plug n play as received from the vendor, but you will probably need to do a little work to update it if you want to replace an existing damaged or inoperative phone.

This was misleading and she sent an item not what I ordered. This seller has been a nightmare to deal with. Do not do business with this seller. One of the worst transactions I've had in my nearly 25 years on being on eBay.
