It had all the original sign in directions and seems like it was used very little!! It was also packaged safely and professionally! This is a great seller! High marks, highly recommended! After contacting them about the mishap, they were very responsive and extremely willing to resolve the issue. Today the correct component arrived and works perfectly in my device. This seller has excellent customer service capabilities and is very easy to work with. The items are priced fairly and are shipped quickly. It is evident by how the component was wrapped prior to shipping that they have a quality operation. Very positive!!!

I just completed the installation, and it works perfectly with no issues. Local shops quoted me around $450 to $500 for a new screen replacement, including labor. However, I managed to replace the screen myself by following a YouTube video. The delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but the package arrived well-packed.
