The biggest factor to my rating for this is the fact that the speakers are busted. From the moment we started to use this phone this phone is for my son and the speakers sound terrible. They sound both muted and blown like a tin can effect. I wish that was mentioned on the product description. As that could of been a deciding factor for purchasing this
