The condition is in decent shape and boots with no errors. Overall great value for a 4GB HPE RAID card. Customer service was amazing when I messaged them for questions, so much that I felt like I was spamming them with questions. To their credit, they handled everything and communcation was almost instant. So far, out of years of purchases, one of my new favorite vendors.

I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!
