I really like the build quality and the feeling of the material. I don't like the form factor since it's large and you have to connect the power brick. Depending on the use case, this can also be a good thing: tons of ports and 100w to charge your laptop. If you buy it "brand-new", I think it's overpriced. However, factor-refurbished for $99 is definitely worth it.
