However: it was supposed to be factory unlocked, but in fact is locked to Verizon. It came with lots of Verizon bloatware preinstalled. I only use the phone over WiFi (no SIM card), so this *shouldn't* matter. But--the phone is more sluggish than I was expecting (I am familiar with the speed of other, older LG phones). I wonder if the Verizon crud is the problem! I would rate 5 stars if phone had been unlocked.
