I had an issue with ONE order and they honestly didn't have to help. (I was outside my return window, Didn't follow the CLEAR inspect instructions). Didn't even ask for help, just for a link to a replacement. Boom - They sent me a new drive free of charge. That kind of service is getting VERY hard to come by lately. I don't bother going anywhere else anymore.
