Seller was very communicative with shipping and sent with FedEx over DHL as we don’t get local USPS deliveries and can only use FedEx as a shipper. Was not an issue. It’s brand new but open as they programmed it to English for me. Good value for a flip with Android 10, easy to sideload and get working. The white color is lovely in person and I really like the sub display.

This phone works in BC, Canada, connecting to bands 5 and 12 on Telus's network (which includes koodo). You can use ADB on PC to sideload F-Droid and Aurora store. Most apps will use an on-screen cursor to simulate touch input. Don't expect miracles! This is a simple phone. Use "Access Point Names" under Network settings after you have inserted SIM card, to enable 4G data. Good value. Beautiful phone.
