It looks like new and has given me no issues in the past couple weeks. My only issue is the deception regarding the price. The listing implies that this laptop is "normally" $950 and is discounted to $379 due to being used and refurbished. This is not a $950 laptop; it retails for $700. It's clear that the non-sale price on the listing is inflated to make it seems like a much better deal.

The benchmark on this laptop- gerkbench 6750, Cinebench 8050. I had a $1299 who score was 2x of that, so you get your bank for the buck. Excellent packaging, item arrived as described. As much as a ipad Gen 10 and so much fadt, it's touch screen. I don't use the iPad much at all mow. Recommend highly.

A full return/refund at their expense was offered, and I declined. Great seller though, communication was timely & friendly. Their shipping was fantastic, PC arrived safely packed and quick. Would certainly do business with them again, I'd just need to verify what's in the listing.

Packaging was well done; my only problem was that I was not able to set up the unit without creating a Microsoft account, and there was no way around it. The seller did suggest some ways that did not help. so I have to setup the unit with a fresh Windows 11

I also appreciated the fast shipping and prompt (and accommodating) response when there was a slight flaw with the battery health. Excellent customer service, 10/10 (5/7;) would buy from them again. (I'd also add that it was a great bargain - a great product and competitive pricing for what I received)
