Item was new and still sealed in the original box. Typical Sabrent quality, its good gear and pairs well with my Sabrent enclosures. It was well packaged and shipped quickly. I would purchase from this seller again without hesitation. AA++

Appears to be as listed, "new - open box". No signs that it was ever installed in a machine; it looks new. Hopefully the SMART data is accurate and has not been tampered with. Time will tell. If accurate, this is a great deal, especially for someone with an older machine that only has pcie 3 available. I may pick up another for a different machine I have.

Then ecommerce DHL emailed and threatened me to pay more or they'd hold my package which was in Illinois. They proceeded to hold the package for several weeks and I got my case be put "on hold" by ebay. I know this isn't the fault of the seller, but this is by far the worst experience I've had on ebay. It also didn't come with the tiny screw needed for the motherboard.

Although the packaging had been opened and resealed, the seller included all documentation. 4 stars just because of mismarking. Shipping was reasonable. All in all this seems to be a good purchase. Seller responded quickly when I communicated with him on another sale. Didn’t need communication with this purchase.

This is the first item to have a very good packaging, there is no other seller who has ever packaged an item in a such a wonderful way as this one. I even did not want to break the seal so that I keep looking how beautiful the packaging is,however at last I opened it and the item was really good and as expected. I already bought some other items from him and will buy more.
