Pues el movil aunque parece que funciona es USADO. Al abrir la caja venía en una bolsa de plástico llena de polvo y suciedad. Y siendo un movil del 2020 el software viene reseteado de fabrica en junio de 2025. El cable de carga tampoco es original. Deberían decir que el movil no es totalmente nuevo y sellado en su caja porque NO ES NUEVO DE FABRICA.

I even had a phone repair shop look at it and they said the only thing to do with it was to recycle it. I did go through the process of trying to return it and the seller was cummunicative and said they would return the money paid. However since they are in China it is very complicated to return. USPS will not accept used phones and UPS was crazy expensive. So Im out 200.

A México el artículo llegó en 2 semanas, incluye un cargador, audífonos y protector de silicon, por desgracia mi artículo llegó con un detalle (al conectar el audífono, no se escuchaba el lado izquierdo) el vendedor me ofreció devolución, pero decidí arreglarlo aparte, así que me ofrecieron un descuento. Lo demás todo en orden, de aspecto llegó como nuevo, bien protegido, en orden y bien empaquetado. Agradezco al vendedor por la atención.

It was really well packaged with in a small box with another larger box around it. No damage done to the product. It’s perfect ! The iPod comes with a case, headphones and the charger :-) I really recommend this seller. There were no scratches or smudge marks, it really is new!
