The index mirror was loose on the arm (2 screws), as was the horizon mirror. I tightened these & followed online instructions for side, index, and perpendicular errors. I did a quick sun fix using a "coffee cup" horizon and got within 25NM of true position. Weak points are horizon shades are too small and telescope is almost useless. Index shades NOT dark enough-watch your eyes!
