Card was in anti static bag and all hardware was provided to install. The baffle arm had to be bent slightly to get the card to fit but other than that fit perfectly. All four network ports are accessible and all ports perform as expected. Happy with purchase and will buy from this seller again.

It's a very good value and the condition is brand new, which is great! My only complain is the item's bracket did not fit exact, had to slightly bend for the screw holes to align.
