I am frustrated though: in selling used apparel it's important for the item to be clean, and I appreciate that it was. The problem is that the detergent's perfume of is so strong and pervasive that after three hand washes I still can't eliminate it. What a conundrum: proof of cleanliness that might have ruined the top. I'm going to keep trying, or else donate it, and for $40 total that is not the outcome I wished for.
